Quick Easy Bread Mix
I bought this pack of three to bake at homeThey are very quick and easy to use for anyone where time is limitedI found the flavour okay but not great…but that’s just my personal preferenceOut of the 3 the Mixed Grain was the best.I used my mixer with a dough hook…20 minutes with the lid on and 20minutes with the lid off gives a very nice crust and soft crumb.

I like to make my own bread but i never have much luck getting the dough to rise properly. This bread mix includes the yeast so just add water, mix, knead, rest and bake. Rises just fine but i had the best results from the mixed grain pack, i dont know why. Very easy to use, makes a decent loaf of bread.
