I highly rate this Aircon unit it does a fab job!! I have it in the living room which is approx 3.5m x 5m maybe a touch more and it cools the room down really quickly!! I've ran it on the hottest days we've had so far with no issues. It's much more compact and quiet than an old model one I had 5 years ago and works just as well. I don't find it noisey in comparison to other aircons or fans even, I turn the TV up a bit and it's just background noise. I haven't bought a window kit as yet as I have standard open out windows but even with the window open for the pipe it's working brilliantly. I find the pipe more than long enough, I am 5ft 6 and fully stretched it goes to my chin!! As it is an Aircon you don't need to place it blowing on you it cools the full room. And the fact it's a dehumidifier too is a bonus as I needed one of those. I am going to purchase the same unit in a lower btu for my bedroom! I have fibromyalgia and do not cope well in the heat so this is a lifesaver for me, I bought it on offer making it even better value. The only downside I have found was getting the pipe on the back of the unit but it's on now and working brilliantly, it can even get too cold lol !! If you want a cooler room buy one and you will have one in minutes of plugging it in! Just check your room size and get an appropriate BTU, I just googled, I could of got away with a lower rating for my room but I am very pleased with this unit, I am glad I didn't get a more expensive one now! The unit I find is more responsive to the remote control than the buttons on top of it but that is fine. Power is excellent, ease of use is excellent.

I ordered this unit long before the heatwave. And am I glad I did! Pros - small enough to fit anywhere - big enough to cool down a small room - wheels are such a plus! You easily move it from room to room, on carpet or hard floor - easy to set up. Just plug in and ‘play - I have a smart meter display and it shows a low electricity consumption Cons - a bit noisy for me. Thankfully, I have noise cancelling iPod air that cancel the noise out, but it is as noisy as a big fan - does not cool down as quickly as I would like to. However, we are experiencing extreme temperatures it may not be geared up for. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase. Gave 4 stars because of the noise.

Works fantastically. Little on the loud side and doesn’t seem to get any quieter on sleep mode, but well within expectations for something like this. Set it up for a bedroom larger than recommended for the 7000BTU but still manages to get room temp down to something reasonable within a couple hours even if not the low target temp. Make sure to leave it upright resting for a few hours after delivery incase it gets turned during transport.

Works as it should and really easy to set up. I’m so glad I made this purchase, especially with the warm weather we have had. I switched it in and within 5 minutes tge rooms were cooler. It’s at the top of the stairs and there is enough cool air to get the temperature down to comfortable over the whole house. It has a white noise sound but does not disturb as much as heat.

It cools down the heat. However, it’s incredibly noisy. The night time mode doesn’t make it quieter. If you WFH, you can’t use it during the meetings for sure due to the loud noise.

Beat the heatwave! Bought back in March but only now really been able to put through its paces. Decent size and weight, doesn't feel flimsy at all. Manual is...ehhhh ok. Maybe I overlooked the bit about unlocking the buttons (hold the padlock button down and keep it there....) Lovely little unit, not let me down. Maybe could be a little quieter but that's just me. The night mode doesn't bring the volume down a great deal so if you're a light sleeper you may have some issues. Handy little remote too. If this comes back in stock this summer, grab one.

this is a very disappointing purchase, it gives out cool air if you are right next to it but it makes so much heat in doing so which passes through a large diameter vent tube that it cancels out any benefits it gives, it is also very noisy in use so it is not good if you want to sleep, our bedroom is only 11 feet by 12 feet and it took the temperature from 27 degrees to 24.5 degrees despite having it set on its lowest setting of 16 degrees and running for 5 hours (two pillar fans can do that), it might be ok if you want to cool a cupboard down but not a room, buy decent fans instead and save some cash or splash out and buy a proper air conditioning system

150cm exaust tube just isn’t long enough (200is better) for my smallest top window but no others offer that so had to buy that piece separately. Works well and made my room cool. 50+ deciles is uncomfortably loud and though sleep mode is better i still needed earplugs. Again likely a circumstance for any AC like this. Set up was a little fiddly and needed better instructions in the book it came with. In spite of these frustrations it does as needed and works well
