very good but lenght especially for most (& size fit} needs to considered in detail individually
It is very good, but one must be careful to take the next bigger greater larger longer size or at least slightly lengthy, longer belt for some personally and not take exact size based on own body measurements; since exact fit might make it difficult to keep the elasticity fit.

Uncomfortable
You would be unable to exercise wearing this...what can be done is do a head stand so that your hernia retreats and then wear the belt for few mins to get comfort... cannot be worn the whole day...this could have been designed in a different way
