Will this paint cover a little black spot on white cotton shirt?

Yes, it should cover the spot, however it may look like a slightly different white color than the rest of the shirt as well as change the hand of the fabric a little, making it slightly stiffer,

I am trying to "paint" over a yellow stain on cross-stitch fabric that is white. It is an old framed project, it will not be washed. Will this work?

Since I used this paint in a project quite different from the one you describe, I can't give you a definitive answer. However, since the stain you describe is relatively light and the fabric paint is quite thick, I would suggest thinning it slightly with water so that it doesn't cake on the fabric. You may have to make more than one application in order to cover the stain, but by applying the paint incrimentaly it is less likely to be visible when you are finished.

excellent fabric paint

Lovely colour, nice flow to the paint, works its way into fabrics nicely with minimal bleed. No nasty smells and easy to set to the fabric. Once of the best paints around for fabric painting and one I would choose time and time again

Gut deckende Farbe

Die Farbe hält bis jetzt sehr gut auf dem Stoff, aber das Bügeln ist beschwerlich, auf der Flasche steht, nach 5min bügeln, aber die Farbe ist dann noch nicht trocken und löst sich ab. Nach dem vollständigen trocknen, mindestens 1/2 Stunde geht es gut!
