I really like this magnesium. Helps me sleep and feel calm.

I love this product. It helps my heart, my calm, and my sleep. It doesn’t have any bad additives like the stearates.

This product has been surprisingly effective for my nightly calf and foot cramps. I’ve been getting leg cramps for several months nearly every night but after about 5 days of taking this supplement, they went away completely. Very happy with results and enjoying pain free sleep.

I have suffered with frequent PAC's for a few years, and now have almost constant bigeminy or trigeminy rhythms. After many tests, Docs say there is nothing physically wrong and they are harmless, but they are still very uncomfortable and annoying. I've been taking 2 of these Triple Calm magnesium capsules every morning for just over a week. Unfortunately, I have not seen any change in my irregular heart rhythm. However, the Triple Calm has greatly reduced the way the ectopic beats "feel". Unless I'm checking with my home ecg or blood pressure monitor, I rarely notice my heart isn't beating normal now. So while these didn't solve my problem, they do make it much more tolerable. I did sleep very soundly the first two nights after starting these, but since then haven't noticed any change in my sleep pattern (which was good to start with). I do wish these were more concentrated with less filler to fit in a single pill. It's annoying to have to take two pills just for a 150mg dose.

I've been taking the triple calm for the last year and I find myself sleeping better, less constipated, and less frustrated. Definitely a win for a working mom like me!

I NEVER write reviews and maybe it's just because it works for me, but this is the best magnesium product I ever tried for relaxation with no whatsoever negative impact (taking it before going to sleep)

This is by far the best magnesium supplement I have purchased to date. Helps with my anxiety and makes falling asleep easier! Staying asleep is another story, but one thing at a time.

I’ve been taking this for over a year and they are a game changer, if you stay consistent. I pair one capsule with my calcium/vitamins D at lunch and take the 2nd capsule with my dinner (specially when pms kicks in) this is the only stuff that has really helped me as a perimenopause’l woman. No side effects at all.

Excelente producto, había probado otros tipos de magnesio pero este sin duda es el que me ha funcionado mejor, comencé a ver mejoras desde la primera semana, actualmente llevo mas de un mes y medio tomándolo y sin duda me siento mas en balance y calma durante el día, también me ha ayudado a dormir mejor, si quiero comentar que no creo que sea tan útil cuando uno se encuentra en un estado de ansiedad o estrés mas elevado o crónico, en mi caso ya tenía varios meses trabajando en mi ansiedad a través de cambios en el estilo de vida, meditación, etc... y siento que este producto me ha ayudado a cerrar ese último escalón que me hacia falta para sentirme mas estable en el día a día de forma constante

definitivamente a las 2 semanas de tomarlo, he dejado de estar moviendo el pie a lo tonto por la ansiedad ya tengo mas de un mes tomando dos al dia, y woo duermo enseguida! excelente producto
