It’s fast and up! Have been using this for long runs and find it very helpful. Boosts energy for long runs. Personally I liked lime flavour but not a big fan of berry. Orange was okay too.

It worked. While buying I have so many doubts. But once started using I feel that it works. I am a cricketer and wanna try this instead of regular glucose d. I feel energetic and recharged post having this drink. Good product. Try once.

It is fizzy. The mixability is good with water and u need to shake a bit in a bottle. The quality is good. Not sure if it really helps with recovery.

It is like only for those people who are physically active because i doesnt give the energy boost to people leading sedentary lifestyle like me. It is better to use glucon d. Also it dissolves very slowly in cold water but in normal water it dissolves very fast. Also after all this I am looking to buy it again because it does not have any side effects although you feel its energizing effect very slowly like it has no effects.

This has an almost immediate impact on your body. The salts in the product seem to take an immediate effect and almost "kick" you out of a low energy and dehydrated situation. As a big guy (90kgs), i sweat a lot. But the salts form Fast & Up Reload, help me quickly rehydrate and get througha 100km cycling routine, without any muscle cramps. I got my wife hooked onto it as well. We don't get through any workout without atleast 1 serving of these. Must buy

I was regularly using Fast&Up Reload during my runs in India. Nice to see it is available in US nowadays. This is much needed during my Marathon Training in Spring and Summer. Berry flavour has ultimate taste. Reload has right combination of electrolytes which helps to restore lost body fluids immediately. Since I started using Reload, I have hardly experienced cramps which was frequent earlier.

I wanted to take some electrolyte tablets with me on a long vacation requiring some hiking and did some research on electrolyte tablets. I decided on these because I wanted the berry flavor. However, I ended up getting the lime and lemon flavor. I may have accidentally chose the wrong flavor...I'm pretty sure it was me. Anyhow, I like everything about these tablets. The lime/lemon flavor is actually pretty tasty, so I'm glad this flavor was shipped to me. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the artificial sweetener, Sucralose (aka Splenda). I wish it wasn't added. It gave me a subtle stomach ache. I filled a 32 oz bottle with water and one of these tablets until it dissolved then shook it around a little to mix it all. However, I was only able to drink about a cup of it because of the stomach ache from the sugar. If you don't have any issues with artificial sweetener this won't be an issue for you at all. From my research, I found that almost all of these tablets come with some type of artificial sweetener. I plan to just use half a tablet in a 32 oz bottle of water. Overall, it's an excellent product. I will be using these up and may buy them again in the future for future travels.

It was delivered quickly, no problem there. The only problem was that it had no flavor, and very little fizz.

When I compare to some other I had before, this has literary like nothing in (calcium 1.25 percent of DV, magnesium 5 percent, chlorine 3.5 percent). And the sweetener are scratching my throat. Better to make a black tea with a little bit salt in it. Gives you more electrolyte than this.
