The Universe Explained: A Cosmic Q and A Paperback – Import, 26 November 2018

This book, while accurate, was a little too basic for me. I gave it to my 15 year-old grandson and he seems to be enjoying it.

Great book full of interesting information on some of the questions that we all have. It's a book to dip into, and each dip leaves the reader wiser and more informed. Beautifully illustrated with amazing pictures, many taken by passionate amateurs. Highly recommended.

I guess it depends on what your starting point is... if you know relatively little about how light is refracted (think classic Pink Floyd album cover) etc. then a lot of this book may be new to you... for everyone else, this book sounds better than it is... I sped read it in about 40 mins - and even that's an overestimation (because I don't want to sound like an arrogant idiot 😁!)...
