I was skeptical at first I never used these types of products however I can attest to the quality. It’s been 3 days of using the product and I am down 2.4 pounds. I haven’t had any jitters I am also not a caffeine drinker so not sure if that helps to not have jitters

It’s been only one day and I already lost 3lbs and I must admit this stuff is super potent so please make sure you’re not sensitive to caffeine or anything coffee drinkers please don’t drink it while on this pill, your heart rate will go up drastically.. while taking this ℹ experience high levels of energy, and it took a while for me to sleep at night, within the first 30 minutes of taking this pill, I felt very anxious and jitters, please drink plenty of water and stay in a comfortable cool environment because, it will definitely make you feel like you’re having hot flashes, geez but if you can stand all these side effects, you will definitely look and feel better about the scale results but, you will definitely pay the price for looking good, just being honest.

So the first day I tried it not long after taking one my left eye was twitching for about an hr or so... maybe I had to much caffeine already... it gave me sooo much energy I was zooming.. I was also very sweaty like I was working out... after a few hrs it started to ware off and then I was super nauseous 🤢... all night long I was waking up feeling sick... I checked my weight the next morning and I was down 3lbs!!! Like wow!... I waited a few days and I took just one after I had a full stomach... it didn't affect me like the first time.. Just had energy and sweaty... lost another 3lbs.... im super excited to use these... make sure you drink alot of fluids and try to eat because I dont wanna eat at all... I have no appetite I just make something very small to put in my stomach and im good... but 3lbs in a day is amazing!!!!

NEVER felt any jitters at all from that or make me feel like garbage). This stuff is the opposite, I did have the seats & salivation - EVERYTHING else was horribly different. (Day 1) took a single capsule in the A.M., later went to gym - during which, I had bad jitters (so much, I kept checking my carotid pulse to make sure my heart wasn't going to explode) and it made me feel like pure garbage. - I could NOT take a pm dose (Day 2 - final day) took a single capsule in the A.M. (I am glad I did, had to double check - to make sure to check, I didn't take 2), later went to gym - during which, again I had bad jitters, all other same symptoms, again the profuse sweating was ok, the salivation was ok --- it was the rest that, is NOT so great DaY 2 - was way worse and I was physically ill, with headache, some indigestion - once or twice I thought of just driving to the funeral home because, I knew I was going to die.. (Day 3) did NOT take & skipped that day - went on a few errands & later to the gym --- in early morning had headache & eyes were bothering me - later, after have taken some ibuprofen & some drops in my eyes went to gym, I even decided to skip my usual drink mix and just detox. After my workout, while just dragging and sluggish from no caffeine at all - I feel a bit better AND, once that garbage is out my system, I'm sure will feel even better. -------------******* BOTTOM LINE, from a big guy, who HAS taken stuff like this in the past -- my advice -- SKIP THIS JUNK, it almost killed me - it certainly made me want to die ---------- And if, you DO decide to try this anyway ------ do NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! take more than 1 capsule a day, you will regret it, it will make you physically ill.

So these pills are very good at suppressing hunger, they boost your energy, but you can feel it's not "natural energy," just a boost, kinda like when you drink pre-workout but without the chills. It has side effects, migraine in my case, and paranoia, but that's because I took it with a pre-workout without knowing it could be that strong. I would recommend you to do your research, as this is very powerful and you dont wanna be mixing it with other energy stimulants.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted to pay it forward because I know how frustrating it can be to find a weight loss supplement on here. First use began 7/11 at 228lbs, 6’1. Over the course of the next week (7/18) I went to the gym and have been going to the gym Monday through Friday and only doing cardio for 2 hours. (This is what works for me, no need to do the same!) I also eat fairly “clean”. I treat myself to subway on the weekend for a cheat meal, with four chocolate chip cookies. All of that being said, I stepped on the scale on 7/18 this morning, and weighed 216.4lbs! I am very pleased overall! It’s a twice a day thing (mornings and once in the afternoon/dinner) before meals. I’m okay with having one cheat day a week. And I eat usually Cinnamon Toast Crunch with 4 boiled eggs, or sometimes just two packs of oatmeal with almond milk for breakfast. And then for dinner I eat 3-4 drumstick chicken with ranch. For snacks I have cashews—honey roasted, and the whole cashews. And I also have some nature bars and slim Jim’s. I definitely operate at a deficit, but I don’t seriously track my stuff down because it’s so routine. But I definitely recommend this pill. One week, 12lbs, you could pinch me! I’m aiming for 180, so I might come back and update when I get there.

Honestly it’s effective. You WILL feel it but I feel like ts is only for “bigger people” if ur trying to gain muscle and ur not like super big and ur on the smaller side I wouldn’t recommend this😭🙏 genuenlly i felt like i was dying. I only took one and I felt it insteny but I couldn’t concentrate since I couldn’t stop hearing my heart beat so like …just drink a Red Bull or sum but if u are bigger this for u. Also I got a horrible head ache as well.
