I purchased this foundation and it wasnt delivered, all i got in my post was the box that it was probably in. How do i either get product or refund

Contact Amazon Customer Service. They helped me through a refund. I kept many items I did not use previously. There is always a way around a problem with a purchase.

I usually use NO7 calico which of these would be a good match?
