My Silverado and my wife's Equinox both require the orange Dex-Cool formula, and after trying a couple of generic brands over the years, switching to Zerex was genuinely a relief. The temperature range it covers, both the freeze protection and the boil resistance, gives me real peace of mind when the weather gets extreme in either direction.The gallon jug is a good size for keeping in the garage without taking up too much space. My only minor gripe is that the pour spout can be a little awkward if you're working in a tight engine bay and trying to be precise, so having a funnel handy is smart. But that's a packaging thing, not a product thing. The coolant itself performs exactly as advertised and the 5 year guarantee is a nice bonus. Hard to ask for more than that.
