I don't write much reviews for the products I purchase. But This one made me do it. Before this I had two other brands and they lasted not more than year. After opening this from package, I immediately recognized how good the quality was ! The extra stitching around all corners, especially the extra hooks on the sides are definitely well thought and mostly importantly it is priced perfect. Let me update after 6 month's or a year about the durability.

I just received and installed it. It's of good quality. Things which I liked.1. Yes it is 90percent shade not 50 percent. So, view from outside is restricted but you can view outside and even its lef the air and water pass through it upto an extent. So, I find it suitable for balcony.2. Size is also good 10x5 means 10x5.3. Material seems durable and not cheap looking.4. It is stitched at the borders so that anyone can hang it easily. Experience enhanced when seller sent a hanging material too along with the shade net. This was amazing and not expected.Overall, excellent experience.

I nstalled the product the day I received the product .Hooks made of niwar got removed it self, the next day.The hooks were not able to withstand air/rain pressure even or 24 hours.UV blockage seemes to be less than 35%.The similar product is available in local market at half the price.Not recommended for purchase.
