Easy, small. Just what I need it.

I like to verify my cut angles when I am woodworking. My Husky digital angle finder died due to internal corrosion, so here I am... and this product looked like exactly what I want. The bubble levels are very nice. The display is easy to read with the large numbers in the unremarkable LCD, and the display refreshes to new angles satisfactorily.The thing is, when you want accurate measurements, the body of your tool can't flex. I want accurate measurements, and the body of this device is plastic. Plastics deform with heat, and twist easily otherwise. I didn't find a problem with the main body's plastic, but the swing arm flexes enough to make my measurements off by two degrees or so. Also, I will use this in the heat of summer and I don't have confidence in the plastic to keep rigidity at those temperatures.To be sure, if you don't care about the flexing so much, this might be for you. Those bubble levels are a really nice touch. The tightening dial is easy to use, and when in open position, the arm is loose enough to move without being so loose to be unmanageable. It uses a standard CR2032 battery, but bring a small thin flathead screwdriver to help you open the battery compartment.This would be a five-star product if the company would have made this with a metal body.

Likes - Easy to use. Fairly accurate.Dislikes - A little pricey at $19 for what you get. I would say around $10 at the most in my opinion.

The Angle Finder is made of plastic which keeps the weight down. It is perfect for the handyman around the house. The ruler is a stiff plastic and seems strong but the body of the meter is not as strong.If you're a professional contractor you probably would like a bit more metal in the system to make sure it lasts banging around the tool bag and job site. They do have 24 months warranty. That is comforting to know.The price is great under $20 for this is great. I am no professional contractor who works with angels all the time so this is a great tool to have when you are doing molding around the house.It is straightforward to use no complicated setup just turn it on and measure. It does have a few bubble levels in it but I don't see why you would need them.it has a hole on the end for hanging well that is what I used it for to hang on my pegboard so i know where it is and it is not bouncing around in the garage draw.very pleased with this it saves a lot of time trying to find the proper angle.

I needed to cut some molding to the angle of a pitched ceiling and I used this tool to help me quickly find the angles and quickly make the cut. Here are my thoughts:This angle finder suffers from the same problems as the Husky brand that I previously owned from Home Depot. The digital readout is inaccurate and therefore, doesn't really need the tenth-place digit. By example, zero the measuring arm at the closed position, move the arm out to begin measuring the angle. Return the arm back to its original position and one would see that the readout doesn't actually return to zero. It will still display at least 0.5 to 1 degree.The angle-finder is all-plastic and therefore doesn't feel like the rugged tool that one would wish to have in their bag. The plastic ruler/measuring arm is thin and bendable. Make sure to keep this tool away from high heat and to keep it closed as to avoid snapping the ruler.

Rubbish, rubbish and oh yes, rubbish! The accuracy of this item is useless on the ‘digital’ part, I’ve had to use it is solely as a normal angle finder.
