This product ticks every box. Its common to find products embellishing its merits. This product ad seems a bit modest compared to its actual features. Firstly, it really does fit any size. I'm 1.86m tall, lift weights and quite muscular, I weigh 98 kg. My partner is a petite size and she prefers high intensity cardio and aerobic exercise and weighs more than 40 kg less. The product fits us both and works for both of us. Secondly the order was delivered the very next day and comes in a hygienic durable little plastic carry bag with a zip lock. So I already mentioned the product does exactly as advertised but the surprising 3rd + point was the ease and comfort to use. The material is both firm but also strong and durable. Its not bulky and I can easily wear it in comfort under my suit jacket at work. If you compare the product to similar products on amazon its easy to see that a great deal design research went into it. Its like all the products' best features were thrown into a very smart computer and a simple product with only the best features were the result. This product surprised me and I will definitely recommend it to the lads at the gym.

I had high Hope's for this to help ultimately correct my posture and help with my chronic back pain. However, because if the limitations if my condition I am unable to get it on tight enough to do any good. For me, I'd need someone else to tighten it up once on and i live alone. Waste of money for me sadly. I'm sure with help it could be much more effective.

I've had pain across my upper back for a while and on discovering how much I hunch I decided to buy a product that could correct it. Out of all that is to offer I chose this product as it's more discrete. After only wearing it twice (lasting an hour, longer then suggested) the pain has gone. I can't be certain if the problem has been corrected as it's too soon to say but, certainly an important.

This was a disappointment I had very very sore arms just near the armpits as it was cutting into me by the end of the day and it did not sit flat and straight on the back it was to high and no support in the front or anything to hold or something to support were the arm strap are to keep in place in front of your chest or further down near before the waist. Was no supported in place it was a waste of money so I suggest you fine another but definitely not this one.

It arrived on time. The instructions show how to put it on and there is a note that it should not be too tight, because it will bring discomfort and stop the blood flow. I put it on as tight as possible and it is very loose. It's like I'm not wearing anything. And on the description shows that match all sizes. I'm S size. It doesn't help my posture in any way. I would not recommend it to people my size or larger, because it will certainly will be uncomfortable for them. The straps are very thin.

I bought this due to back/shoulder pain whilst desk working and it has worked extremely well at correcting my posture. It holds your shoulder/back correctly and after a couple of days I am pain free. I still travel into work and it is great wearing it under my suit so no one can see it. Helps me walk tall and is very easy to fit and adjust. A great product for the price and what it delivers.
