The hooks are hammered into the wall. You need to hammer the pins that are sticking out in the white piece. When you hammer them. They should go into the wall securing the place for hanging

How do I hang the prints? What are the white pieces?

So you need a hammer to lightly push the white pieces with three thumbtack looking sharp pins. You put those white pieces on the desired area of the wall then hammer the pins so they go into the wall very simple. Then just hung your picture. Hope that helps
