Used this in the rainforests of Costa Rica!! It works!!
I purchased this for my research trip to Costa Rica because I would be deep in the rainforest so I would argue that my review is very legit! I used this many times to take notes and it was raining about 50% of the days that I was there and I had no problems with this note pad. It is honestly a game changer and I even tested it to just see what would happen if it got wet and it worked perfectly fine. I highly recommend!

Excellent Notebooks
I recently purchased the Rite In The Rain Weatherproof Top Spiral Notebooks and I am extremely impressed with their durability and functionality. Extremely durable even when wet.
These little water resistant note books are really useful. Anyone working outside, sportsmen, hikers (leaving messages on the trail), fishermen (very useful for jotting down catch details before release) and hunters can find space for one. They can be written on with all weather ball point, pencil, crayon , even when being rained on. This is the smallest size so its not really sized for a journal.

Good ole Rite in the Rain. Gold standard for durable notebooks.
Best outdoor-use notebook. As the add states these things are good in any weather. I’m a Wildland firefighter and this is my Goto field notebook. Would recommend to anyone who’s is worried about moisture due to precipitation, or perspiration! I keep one of these on me all the times and one size up from this one in my radio harness when actioning fires. Do yourself a favour and get one of these and a Rite in the Rain or Zebra brand all weather pen.
