While I've only been taking them for a week, I can tell a difference. Not only that they taste great so it's one of the first things I do every morning.

New formula :(
Update (2023) they've changed the formula, and ruined the flavor. They doubled the collagen, and added other minerals, so upset. (2021) I look forward to eating these every day! They taste great, and I've seen changes in my hair growth. I just finished a bottle and bought them again.
