nice quality poor service
nice high-quality material however of the set of eight one of the faux hinges had an extra hole. After contacting customer service, the response was 'what did I want them to do about it' instead of offering a replacement right off the top, which would probably be the right thing to do

Love this hardware to dress up my shutters. They are lightweight and well-made. Very attractive and have lasted. The company is very nice and has great communication!

Just what I needed to accent my planter boxes. Seems to be good quality that will last. Easy to install. Accurate measurements. Because the screws are basic, definitely recommend pre-drilling the hole. Otherwise the tops might pop off.
