ToteScan Intelligent QR Labels for Organization/Moving/Storage (48 Unique Labels, 1.5"x1.5")

I didn’t expect to be this impressed, but these ToteScan QR labels have completely changed how I organize storage. Instead of guessing what’s inside bins or digging through everything, I can just scan the code and instantly see exactly what’s inside. It saves a ton of time, especially for things I don’t use every day. Setting it up was surprisingly simple. The labels come pre-printed and ready to use, and the app walks you through assigning items to each code. I like that you can add photos — it makes it even easier to visually confirm what’s in each container without opening it. The labels themselves feel durable and stick well. I’ve used them on plastic storage bins and cardboard boxes, and they’ve stayed in place without peeling. The size is also perfect — big enough to scan easily but not bulky. One of my favorite things is that there are no ongoing fees or subscriptions. Once you have them, you’re good to go, which makes this feel like a really practical investment. If you’re organizing a garage, moving, or just trying to keep track of seasonal items or inventory, these are incredibly helpful. It’s one of those simple ideas that makes a big difference in everyday life.

I’m moving across the country, and for the next year or two I’m going to have to rent a storage unit. So it’s important for me to know what I have and where everything is. I optimistically bought a different brand of QR codes and after scanning 1 code, I knew if I continued with them I wouldn’t follow through on the project ahead. The app wasn’t the easiest to navigate and just made packing seem (more) daunting. After reading reviews on these QR codes, I decided to try them. GAME CHANGER. Dare I say maybe even fun? The app is super user friendly, searchable, I can list quantities, add photos, and especially live that that items with barcodes can be scanned and uploaded (with some limitations). This is particularly useful for inventorying the games and puzzles I own, and knowing where to find them! I also appreciate that the labels are bigger, but not huge. I think the biggest tip I can suggest is to always place the QR codes in the same position on the boxes, and make sure to label the box with the label you can manually type into the app. I think searching for boxes by the 5 digit code alone would be a nightmare. Unless you’re planning to organize them based on the codes. Then you should be fine. (It’s worth noting though that the labels don’t come in any particular numerical or alphabetical order.) Anyway, 5 Stars from me!

I was a bit skeptical at first but I figured I’d give it a try. I hate moving-let’s get that out there, usually I just wrote on the box/bin what room/area it came from. These are great! I love the ability to search with keywords to find exactly what I’m looking for- no more guessing, and flipping through all the bins and boxes wishing I had X-ray glasses! Lol! You can go full blown organizer and take up to 5 pics of each item, or you can consolidate a bit. For example, a bunch of kitchen accessory items I took a few pics of everything in the box together versus each individual item. I love that I can use the app to see exactly what item is in each box without having to open them, move them, re-stack them, and put them all back where I pulled them out from. (Breaking a sweat before you even started!) I could go on forever about these QR codes. They are fabulous. I put them on a piece of card stock-like an index card, and slipped them into a sticky pouch on the side of the box/bin-this way I can re-use them and swap them easily (as they are stickers and if I stick it on the box it’s a permanent one and done). Oh and , it also has a scanner feature that you can scan the manufacturer barcode and it will search a stock photo of the item. Yeah, it’s worth it- moving from the apartment to the house, I can easily pop all the boxes in the garage and then when I have time scan and sort.

I love these labels. My son collects holiday blowup decorations for the yard and we have a shed packed full of them. Anytime he wanted me to take a specific one out i would have to take everything out to find it. I got these labels and spent a day taking pictures of the blowups to add to the app and now its so easy to find whatevet im looking for. I can easily move items from one bin to another. The labels are pretty decent quality i have been using them for about a year with no issues with them ripping or coming off. The app is easy to use and ive never had any issues scanning the qr codes or not being able to find what I'm looking for. The only thing that i would change possibly is if i find an item in the app and then go to find the corresponding bin, the letters on the labels are hard for me to read. My solution was just to write a number big on each bin and then name the bin with that number in the app.

I really like this system. Scan the label, designate name and location of tote, upload photos and descriptions of the contents, and voila. Plus, the app is free, without any extra fees in app. For totes, you can change the tote location; add, edit, or delete an item; move individual items from one to tote to another without having to reenter all the info. I'm also using this siren for more than totes. I stuck a label on the inside of a bookshelf, then scanned and inventoried everything in that shelf. We have seal vault for food storage. Each one now has a ToteScan label. I can now scan the label and see exactly what is in each vault and, because I included expiration dates in my descriptions, know which items should be used first. It is a great way to get organized, and to create an inventory for insurance purposes as well. Their uses are only limited by what you can imagine

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is one of those products that actually changed how I manage my stuff, so it feels worth it. I’ll be honest—getting everything set up took time. Labeling, scanning, organizing… it’s not an instant system. But once it’s done, the payoff is huge. I use this to manage a fairly large collection of items stored in totes, and now I always know exactly where everything is without having to dig through anything. I can check my phone, see what’s in each tote, and only go to storage when I actually have a reason to. That alone has saved me a ton of time and energy. One feature that made a big difference for me is being able to add photos of what’s inside each tote. That visual reference makes it even easier to quickly identify items without second guessing. There’s also an option to scan item barcodes, which I haven’t personally used, but it’s a nice feature to have available. The biggest unexpected benefit is how much it reduced the mental clutter. I’m not constantly wondering where things are or dreading having to search for something. It’s made organizing and even selling items so much more manageable because I can plan everything ahead of time. This system is absolutely worth it if you’re willing to put in the initial effort and actually use it consistently. It’s probably not for someone looking for a quick fix, but if you want a long-term solution for keeping things organized, it’s been a game changer for me.

These work great and have been really easy to use. The app is simple and straightforward, so it didn’t take much time to figure everything out. I like having an easy way to keep track of what I have stored without having to dig through every box or container. Overall, I’m really happy with how well the labels and app work together.

Ho scoperto questo prodotto leggendo un libro statunitense sull'organizzazione della casa. Purtroppo sono difficilissime da trovare in Europa e ho pagato 22 euro quello che negli Stati Uniti costa solo 11 dollari. Ora sono disponibili solo a 66 euro, prezzo folle. Queste etichette hanno un QR code che puo' essere letto dall'apposito app: e' possibile fare la foto e includere la descrizione di scatole e scatoloni in cantina, garage o nei contenitori per i cambi di stagione. Possono essere riutilizzate in quanto l'app consente di cancellare e modificare le foto e descrizioni. Io non le appiccico togliendo la parte posteriore (tranne che per scatoloni che so che non buttero') ma metto dello scotch sulla parte posteriore in modo che non cadano e mi consentano di attaccare. staccarle a piacimento. Costassero 10 euro sarebbero 5 stelle piene. A 22 euro sono a 4 a 66 euro sono assolutamente un no, a meno che siate disposti a spendere un occhio! Non ho trovato prodotti simili su amazon. C'e' Avery ma non sono di qualita' equiparabile.

Well designed and genuinely useful - made my life so much easier. I'd just love one more nesting level, and the app could pull up data quicker. Minor gripes though - buying again and happily recommending.

Made life so easy. You need to be a bit organised taking a photograph of everything but, once it’s done you will never have that issue of trying to find things after the move. You get loads of sheets, so no fear of running out. The labels are clear and good quality and they stick on the boxes easily.
