Reliable customer Service
I had bought a Kavtron caddy in late January 2021. I own a Dell Precision M4800 and it did not seem to recognize the Caddy (even in the BIOS). So I narrowed down the cause to a faulty Caddy connecting system and wrote to the retailer (Pandla Retailnet) and they were super friendly and responsive. They replaced my product with a checked and approved piece and now my laptop has an extended second hard disk in the caddy. All I need to do now is see if it sustains.Great experience and worth the purchase.

Nice fitting
Nice Quality. It is same fitting as my old dvd. Hard disk Speed is good in this caddy. Just installed OS.
