WORKS!! Comfortable to wear. Was suggested by a friend who has used a number of braces for lateral epicondylitis. I am very pleased with this brace. It allows me to play golf with much less pain. Excellent value for the quality device you get. I fully endorse.

Good product

Pros: 1. The brace reduced pain within a few hours after a day of figuring out where to position it. 2. The brace is durable, made with good quality materials. 3. Within a day, I had less pain. Within a week (now), I am well on my way to healing. The intense pain is gone. 4. The brace helps a lot with lifting and daily activities. As I heal, I'll start doing more without it, but for now, it supports my elbow when I'm lifting or moving things, turning a jar lid, mowing, vacuuming, typing, etc. (You must still be careful not to overdo it, and icing the elbow once or twice a day is a significant part of healing). Cons: 1. More information included about positioning the brace correctly would be desirable. I have golfer's elbow, and the positioning is different than for tennis elbow. It took me a number of tries to get it right, which means waiting a while each time to see if it's helping. 2. This brace is difficult to apply, and it's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, as well as only 3 stars for comfort. An elbow brace needs to be applied with one hand, obviously, and I have moderately severe arthritis in both wrists and all fingers. I can't apply it myself because the Velcro closure is SO strong. There's no way I can open the closure myself to loosen the brace and apply it. My husband has to open it for me every morning. I plan to buy another, simpler brace to use when he's not available to help me.

Bought this to help my tennis elbow. Is well made and has held up well at the gym and during yard work. It definitely helps - you don't realize how much your tendons move in even the simplest action, like picking up a glass of water (even sleeping in a position that holds your arm in a certain position)! It's not going to fix everything (nothing like this will), but it takes some of the strain off the tendons in your forearms so you don't strain them as much. It's been a couple of months, and I use this every day. It's easy to strap on, fits really well, and is thick enough to give solid support. Good buy!

I liked the fact that it does provide pain relief.. However, I have super bad and ultra painful tennis elbow on BOTH SIDES. And a recent DOUBLE TOTAL SHOULDER REPLACEMENT. My having to try to put each ON by myself is super difficult, leads to spinning of the brace on my arm. With help its fine on and off. Trying to take off BOTH of them ALL BY MYSELF after several hours of vacuuming or whatever is NOT an option. Hurts FAR too much. I make it somewhat easier to take the 1st side off by having ~1" of tape covering the FAR TOO AGGRESSIVE velcro, then have extra pain either in the other arm or my teeth to attempt deal with getting the other side off. I have two of these, they both have ~1' of tape to undo some of the FAR TOO AGGRESSIVE velcro. Actually, I've gone one better: hurting my teeth last time was the last straw. I now have and use two other tennis elbow pain wraps I can actually use because this brand is a MAJOR pain to use by myself. If I hadn't hurt my teeth (I also have TMJ and it was hassled) in trying to get the 2nd one off all by myself (spouse wouldn't be home for hours), I might continue using them. If not for the velcro problems, I'd endorse the product because it DOES allow movement, pain control and doing stuff otherwise impossible and are pretty comfortable when not spinning around the arm from imperfect application. You definitely need help with both on and off. Doing it alone is not much of an option. I'm sure they're good for some, but weakened persons will definitely have trouble.

Very effective product. As soon as I put it on, the pain in my right arm went away. The following day, I had to make a couple of adjustments to get over the tendons just right to eleviate the pain. I wear it all day and then take it off before bed and then back on again, removing it to take my shower at the gym; then it's back on. Seems to work quite well and glad I made the purchase. I purchased a sleave version from a local pharmacy and it doesn't breath very much. All that extra material doesn't appear to be necessary. This Senteq seems to be the ticket. Now for the healing for this tennis elbow.

Built well , I wear for my left arm tendonitis . I work in heavy manufacturing the velcro has held up very nice ,stitching is high quality I definitely recommend .

I have bought two different ones. You have take out strap and adjust original thing that goes around your forearm. It has two Velcro straps. Adjustability is easy one you figured out it has two Velcro straps. All these cause some pain but if it helps with my tendonitis great. It a value for the money. Don't need a lot of compression. Size is for small arks to medium not large but it will do a little bigger than medium bb

筋の痛みを緩和する為に購入しました。 痛みのポイントに当てて巻きますが、マジックテープが太いのでしまりますが、腕を曲げるとマジックテープが当たる（触れる）ので、当たらないように少しズラします。

Nunca había tenido el “codo de tenista”. Yo juego Golf y Pádel y llegué a un punto en el que me dolía levantar un vaso con agua. Lo empecé a usar principalmente en el pádel y gradualmente fue disminuyendo el dolor. La calidad es excelente. Es importante colocarlo Justo donde tienes el dolor.
