Great starter work bench, just what I needed!
I had been using the bottom of a shelving unit (see pic) for years as my work/tool bench. It was small and flimsy but did the job, kinda. I finally realized it was time to grow up and get a real bench and I settled on this unit from Amazon. Overall, it is a fantastic bench at a very good price. I wasn't in a hurry to get it when I ordered it so the month long shipping time wasn't a big deal, but to my happy surprise it arrived in less than 2 weeks. It comes flat packed and is fairly heavy so I would recommend having at least 2 people move it. The outside of the box was a bit banged up, but the contents were unharmed and all parts were there. It comes with instructions which are fairly good but pay close attention to the pictures, instructions and the orientation of the parts when you are attaching them. It can make a big difference if it is backwards although it's not always obvious that it is until you go to attach a later part. I found attaching the upper shelf part that hangs out over the bench and the light attaches to, difficult to put together in the right order. Pay close attention during that part of the assembly and recruit a helper if you can. Pros: - Looks really nice - high quality parts - solid construction (no wobble or flexing) - LED light included to light work surface - Outlet with 3 "plug ins" integrated into right side of bench with long cord attached - Upper shelf is recessed so unsightly things can be stored and hidden and the chance of objects falling off is minimal - Work surface is thick, solid and textured for less slip and coated so spills will not soak in. It can also be drilled into to attach a vice for example - there are 2 drawers that are wide and long, although not very deep. They are great for storing boxes of nails and screws, but you could also order some utensil organizers to use for storing various tools. Cons: - I would say I'm pretty versed at putting furniture, shelving units, engines etc together and this took me much longer than I had expected. It was probably between 4 and 5 hours all said and done (not counting breaks). It wasn't complicated, just a lot of small bolts and nuts to put in and tighten, often from weird angles. - I wish the back of the bench was about a foot taller, giving you more space on the peg board but still allowing a person of average height to reach the shelf. - The peg board material isn't as robust as I'd like, however I believe it should be sufficient to hold any regular hand tools hung from it. It might be stretching it to hang a drill with a heavy battery though. - Putting together the upper shelf and making sure it was level was more difficult that it needed to be. If possibly have another person hold the shelf level while you tighten the bolts. I didn't have anyone available at the time unfortunately. In sum, I really like this bench so far. It is solid enough for my needs, it looks great, it created a lot of storage and opportunity for tool organization and the size of the work surface is perfect. I highly recommend this bench for storing tools or craft supplies and it gives you a plenty of area to do projects. It shipped faster than expected and packaging is tough enough to take a beating but protect the contents. Also, it came with all needed hardware and included some extras just in case. You will need a phillips head screwdriver and a small adjustable crescent wrench for assembly.

Workbench
I was honestly on the fence about buying this workbench due to the mixed reviews. However, after searching extensively, it was the only option I could find with built-in drawers, so I took the plunge. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. Packaging: Arrived extremely well-packed with no damaged parts. Build Quality: Good value for the price. Note that the top and bottom shelves are wood (I initially thought they were metal), but they feel solid and the frame is aluminum-type material. Set Aside Time: Plan on a multi-hour build Instructions: A bit vague in certain areas—you’ll want to review the diagrams closely before proceeding. Leave Bolts Loose: Crucial tip: Only hand-tighten everything during the build! If you fully tighten early, fitting subsequent pieces will be challenging. Once complete, torque everything down, but be careful not to overtighten and strip/cross-thread the bolts. Drawers: The drawer assembly was definitely the trickiest part. My left drawer kept coming off the track. Once the roller wheel clicks into place, it’s tough to disengage, so take your time aligning it. Overhead Light: The included light fixture is fairly dim. If you need serious workspace illumination, plan on upgrading it.

You get what you pay for! *updated*
Bench seems good, but I wouldn’t know just yet! I fully assembled it, but have yet to be able to level and tighten it all up due to the drawers center bracket braking. The ball bearings on the track came broken and one side of the right drawer completely fell out. Until I get the part replaced I cannot tighten and level/square out the work station rendering it useless until I do, pretty upsetting. Hoping that I can get this replaced quickly but am on day 2 trying to get in touch with them where no one is picking up. Along with the broken drawer track, the 2 big flat pieces for the bottom and top shelves arrived with small chips in them, granted it’s a work bench I don’t mind too much cuz it will wear over time anyway, shouldn’t be like this brand spanking new though! Also have some marks on the front face plate of the top shelves that I can’t buff out. Will update my review if they get me the bracket to fix, but for now, expect a “you get what you pay for” situation here. Was really excited about this one for the price, but what I’ve experienced so far is a bit disheartening. :( *update 7/27/21* So since buying this bench a month or so ago, WEN has replaced the broken track, Amazon has also given me a partial discount of about $70 if I remember correctly due to the cosmetic blemishes, so now I’m much happier. The bench is still a LIGHT duty bench so don’t expect to be doing any engine swaps or hammering anything on it and staying in good shape however it does what I need it to do. Great for tool storage and home projects. Overall great for the money, but you are paying for lower quality. Would recommend!

Cumbersome, but decent.
I was looking to upgrade my 3D printing setup and stumbled across this. I saw another person rate it 5 starts who also utilized it for their 3D printer, so pulled the trigger. Pros: It's sturdy, even for the style of 3D printer I have which results in a lot of rocking. There's still some movement from the printer, but to me it's negligible. I also triple checked the screen tightness and made sure everything was level at the final stages. I love the amount of space on the upper table top and the lower shelf. Capable of fitting my printer, filament dryer and still have some workspace. The pegboard seems nice and sturdy, although I haven't really loaded it up with stuff yet. Cons: The assembly was cumbersome. Prepare to set aside at least a 4 hours to assemble this if you're doing it alone. It's one of those "don't fully tighten any screws until the end" assemblies. There are about 100 screws total, most of which you'll have to tighten twice by the end. The upper shelf/light rack didn't get installed because one of the holes on the upper board didn't line up with the holes on the frame. Not a huge deal in my case because my printer accessories run higher than the shelf, so I likely wouldn't have used it anyways. One of the drawers doesn't stay fully closed. I'm not entirely sure if it's something I did during assembly, or if the flanges aren't perfect 90s, so it isn't sitting level on the rollers. It's minor enough, so I don't mind that much. A corner of the pegboard was chipped near the screw hole, but there was still enough surface area for the washer to mostly seat on the surface. Overall, for a workbench less than $200, I'll still give it 5 stars. If you're patient and somewhat handy, it's worth it. It's only been 2 weeks, so if anything changes, I'll make an update.

TLDR: nightmare setup, amazing quality.
TLDR: Well worth the money if you can deal with a massive headache of first time setup. Im a hobbiest, so im no architect but I do woodworking, some machining and 3d printing... this was the most frustrating first time setup I've had to date. Criticism: Firstly, the instructions are scribbles of unspecified parts and pictures with poor angles, so you have to guess on most parts. (Not easy guesses like most desks/workbenches) Second, every single screw is a screw, washer, and nut which means its very sturdy... but also ouch my fingers hurt 2 hours in and we're dying 5 hrs in... Third, I saw in many other reviews, as it also happened in mine, do not expect to get ha does for your drawers. (They do not come with handles...) Build quality: Very sturdy, no lanky welded parts or cheap feeling mdf. (its very nicely finished) It feels unsteady IF you do not tighten screws, which is likely the case of other reviewers. Tighten your bolts.... it feels very heavy duty once all bolts are tightened and the workbench is level. Overall thoughts: Excellent build quality: (9.1/10) Ease of setup: (0.5/10) Build aesthetic: (8.5/10) Light quality: (8/10) Overall rating: (6.1/10) Huge knock in Overall rating because there were Missing parts (handles) and there is no way im taking it apart to return because itd take another 4 hrs to do so...

Cheap and came in a beat up box. Not mad, just REALLY disappointed.
It was delivered in a beat up box. Nothing inside seemed damaged so I continued to put it together. It was flimsy and and wobbly as I was trying to connect pieces. Tightening the screws made no difference. I had hoped it would be one of those things that got more stable as I got further into putting it together, but that didn't seem to be the case. I got as far as trying to put in the drawers in. One went in halfway. The other drawer only connected on one side. Trying to connect it to the other side made it slip out and twist which started to warp the drawer slide. I tried to remove the other drawer so that I could try switching them out, but the first drawer wouldn't pull out. Trying to pull it started warping the drawer again and then something snapped out of the slides. I gave up at that point. I decided to return it for a refund. The seller offered to give me a partial refund if I decided to keep the bench. I declined in favor of the full refund as I didn't think a broken and unusable bench was worth the space it took up in my small garage. My only option for returning the bench was to try to repackage it into its original box and bring it to a UPS store. However, the box was so badly beaten up, that the UPS store had to put the pieces into a new box (which I had to pay $50 for). Just getting the bench to the UPS store required another person so that we could both hold onto the original box to try to prevent it from falling apart more. Fingers crossed that the seller honors the complete refund because this turned out to be a huge waste of time and money.

Very nice workbench
This is a great workbench. I found the instructions easy to follow and detailed. Unboxed everything and spread it all around to see the part numbers and make sure you check the boxes that look like filler because some nuts and bolts were in one and the handles were in another. Followed the instructions and just tighten the nuts finger tight only. The drawer slides are a little tricky but everything has been going together very well. Once everything is put together then it's time for tightening all the nuts and bolts. I started on one bottom leg with 2 bubble levels and went to each leg and then the pegboard brackets then the top counter. Then tighten the three counters down. Use the 10mm wrench too tighten the nuts down tight and screwdriver for holding it still. This workbench is very sturdy, not at all flimsy. The counters are a good thickness and there's lots of storage space. The light isn't super bright but we'll enough light to work with. This was an excellent price and quality for a home garage workbench. I'm still arranging things on this side but it's so much better now.

Easy to assemble
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, Easy to Assemble, and Exactly What I Needed I’m really impressed with this WEN workstation. Assembly was super easy and straightforward — everything lined up perfectly and I had it put together without any frustration. Once it was assembled, I was honestly surprised by how sturdy it is. It feels solid, well-built, and doesn’t wobble at all, even when fully loaded with tools and equipment. The size is perfect for a dedicated workspace, and the drawers and shelf make organizing everything simple and efficient. It looks clean, professional, and definitely upgraded my workspace instantly. Overall, this was a great purchase and exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely excited to have this in my setup and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-made workstation. Perfect for a home shop, studio, or garage.

Nit enough screws were provided, not a very sturdy work bench.
This company didn’t provide enough screws to finish putting the work bench together. This is also not a very sturdy table.
