Air speed and air flow are actually good, it cools well.But the quality is very poor.The material feels cheap and flimsy, doesn't feel like it will last long.If you only need strong airflow, it's okay.For long term use, I’m not confident in the build quality.

The plastic quality of this pedestal fan is extremely poor. The clip that connects the fan to the pedestal broke within just one month of normal use. It does not seem durable at all, and the overall build quality feels cheap.

I bought this Crompton Greaves pedestal fan based on recommendations, but honestly, I’m quite disappointed.The blades are made of very light plastic, which already gives a low-quality feel. The air throw is just moderate — definitely not what I expected for this price range. It doesn’t cool the room effectively, especially in hotter conditions.Another big issue is the noise. The fan is noticeably loud, which makes it uncomfortable to use for long hours, especially at night.Overall, it feels overhyped. 4/5 — Good Speed, but Delivery Experience Was Very Disappointing 😕
Bought this fan for around ₹2,600. The fan has good speed and performs well overall. 👍However, the delivery experience was one of the worst I have had. 😞 The delivery associate came during a festival when there was a road blockage, which made the delivery difficult. But instead of calling me for an alternative route or asking for directions, he reported to Amazon that I was "not reachable." This felt like an easy way to avoid delivering a heavy parcel.The delivery associate then returned the product instead of completing the delivery. 📦↩️ I contacted Amazon Customer Care and explained the entire situation. I was asked to reorder the same product while the original parcel was still in return transit, and I eventually received the product. Even then, I had to collect the parcel myself on my bike. 🏍️ The road near my home is narrow, but the delivery associate could have simply called me and asked me to guide him to a suitable route or location.Coming to the fan, the motor failed after around one year. ⚠️ Crompton initially replaced the capacitor, but when the actual motor failure became apparent, their service technician visited my home and replaced the entire motor with a genuine Crompton motor at no charge, as the product has a 2-year warranty. 🔧✅I really appreciate Crompton's warranty support and their approach of replacing the complete motor instead of leaving the customer with a temporary repair. 👏 Good service, Crompton. Please keep it up! 👍
