No constipation!!
These pills do not cause constipation, at least for me. Typically iron supplements do a number on my digestive tract. I do not like the packaging. Have to use scissors to open up the foil to get to the pill.

These vitamins are a staple for me. I take them everyday. They help with my energy after working a long day, I'm not exhausted when I get home. Kind of hard to get it off the packaging but it's worth it!

I've been using floridex iron supplement for years. Ive had iron deficiency since I was a kid and this has been tje only supplement that has helped with this issue. I recommend it all the time.
