Effective in muscle building and recovery
I started taking it mainly to support muscle building and recovery alongside my regular workouts, and I’ve been consistent with it every day as recommended. It really helps give me more energy for more reps in the gym.

If you want to get stronger...
I had been looking for a new Ecdysterone supplement for a couple years. I think I have finally found one. I have been using Ecdysterone for years, going back to the days of Balco Labs and Victor Conte. Ecdysterone won't make you look like a bodybuilder but what it will do is make you stronger. Think of ant-like strength. I haven't gotten huge but I am stronger, can push more reps, swim harder, longer and experience significantly less muscle soreness and fatigue. I guess this is why the Russians and East Germans used to pump their swimmers and gymnasts full of Ecdysterone. A plant steroid that is truly effective and has absolutely no negative side effects. Kind of a no-brainer. Huge Supplements has good quality products and they have sales on a regular basis so it's easy to stock up.

Best Natural Supplement On The Market
I've taken this product on and off for the last year and a half, and I can say without a doubt this is the most effective natural supplement you can take to build muscle. It is important to know that to get the most out of it, you have to be consuming enough protein every day (.7-1g per lb of bodyweight). I've also tried other Ecdysterone products on the market and they don't come close to Huge Supplement's version.

This Product is Snake Oil
I tested this supplement for a 6 month period. Within that six months I saw no marked growth, no weight lost, and no muscle gained with weekly BMI and measurements tests. Frankly, you’re better off going to a TRT clinic and getting HCG. This product will not add muscle and WILL give you incredibly noxious gas. There’s a reason all of their models are famous gear users.
