Great value little laptop
Excellent value for money. Once you’ve gone through the usual rigmarole of initial set up and updates etc., it fires up in no time, does what you need it to do in good time. Light weight and the battery so far is long lasting

Quite a light laptop. Usual set up, didn't take to long. Only trouble was setting up Microsoft account. Once account set up easy to use. There is no license key on the box like suggested by other purchasers. Microsoft already built in.

Great - apart from Windows 10.
My previous laptop lasted me nine years without too many hassles, so obviously it still ran Windows 7. Windows 10 is HORRIBLE. If I’d had the money, I would have bought a Mac, but I don’t. So this is good value and the ‘chiclet’ keyboard is fine and it functions. And, basically, that’s it..

Good basic laptop
Easy to set up (and I am not very IT savvy) a good basic laptop, build in speaker volume rather low even on high but other than that, no issues.
