I bought these as I planned on getting fitter, but they are just so untidy in my apartment and a hassle to put away. I knew immediately that I would hate them just looking at them out of the bag they came in. The instructions warn that the rubber can deteriorate over time or weaken and to inspect the tubes before use, to avoid failure during exercise and consequent injury. The Chinglish manual, disclaimer and warning of potential unsafeness was the final straw, so I had to return them. I opted for a small set of dumbbells instead - easier to tidy away, won't ever snap unexpectedly during exercise, will last forever.

I got this for my friend as my friend group is doing secret santa, and since me and my friend both like working out, I found this when searching for stuff for my christmas list and instantly ordered it for him. For only £4.99, this is absolutely PERFECT. I tried it out when I unboxed it, and it's really good! Just like you would get anywhere else. Reviews are good, actual product is good, price is amazing.When buying I worried it would be too heavy to take home (for free delivery I chose a pickup location), but the actual package is really light and small.Once again, perfect and would highly recommend.

Much stronger than others I've bought before, the only thing I'd perhaps change is the length, as they're a tad short if outside doors are full length.

I wanted a set of resistance bands with handles but I didn’t want to pay a fortune so these were a good compromise. You get a set of five bands , all different colours which have clips, ankle straps and a door attachment plus an instruction sheet. . They come in a drawstring bag. I have used the bottom two weights, 10lbs and 20 lbs so far. You can also attach multiple bands together so making a personalised weight band.Two things that I wasn’t happy about - the instruction sheet is so small it’s useless, you can barely read it. And When the kit arrived one of the bands had no clips so you couldn’t use it. Two attempts to email the company were unsuccessful as the email bounced back and didn’t work. Having said that it had a duplicate so I wasn’t bothered about it and kept the kit.I love the bands and they work well and are easy to use. They’ve made a difference to my exercise routine and I like the results. I’m not sure how long they will last as the whole kit was at the cheaper end of the spectrum, £20, but hopefully they will last a year or so.

The only reason I am giving this a four star rather than a five star is that I know there are more expensive types of bands out there. I primarily weight train. These bands, though, are really great to mimic certain cable machine exercises that would normally be really expensive to emulate in a home gym situation. A professional cable machine is not only extremely expensive, but also impractical for many people. Resistance bands CANNOT replicate cable machines, but they can allow you to replicate some of the types of movements. I chose these bands as a lot of the other band sets are woefully too light. 90lbs isn't actually that much resistance tbh honest either, but it is good for things like shoulder fly movements, lying bicep curl, tricep pulldowns and cable crossovers. Tip : if you have a home pull up bar (the type you put in a doorframe) you can use that as barbell to attach the handles to and do exercises that way rather than holding two separate handles.

Great starter set, good tension in the bands. The door anchor could be better but hey excellent value for money and very useful. Cost £5 and cannot complain about the quality this set for this amount of money.

I didn’t expect much, with fairly cheap price, but yes there pretty good for a pump session, I’m using them regular, in my workout with other things, there not good for strength exercises, but for a good pump , yes.

Got these bands at this really good price, cheaper than anywhere else to use in my home gym alongside my weights. I missed doing chest cable flyes but with these bands no problem, along with several other exercises where you'd normally use cable machines. My only issue was that the D ring began to stretch and one of the bands slipped out, this also resulted in the D ring causing the handle to tear making it unsafe. I contacted amazon who were going to arrange a refund once I returned the bands. I decided to email the company direct and they went above and beyond. I only asked if they could send out a replacement handle, instead they sent me a full set of bands out again so I could carry on using the other bands as well, didn't need to return them. I ordered a pair of handles and now my wife can use the other bands for herself. This is exceptional customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. They also took my comments on board regarding the D ring and handle and may make changes.
