This is the best face paint for solid, bold color coverage on all skin tones. Once dry it doesnt smudge, but is easily removable with soap and water. I've used this professionally at events with fabulous results.

I have a very talented 16 year old daughter. Not only can she sew formal dresses and apply her make-up like a professional, but she is the costume champion in her circle of friends. Granted, my children spent half of their lives involved with community theater. That is why it didn’t surprise me at all when my daughter told me all she wanted for Christmas last year was Snazaroo Face Paint. I’ve never purchased any kind of stage or costume make-up for her before because she is absolutely allergic to just about everything. Skin reactions to products are extremely common with her. But she assured me she had used Snazaroo exclusively in her theater classes last year and it would be a great gift. So, I bought this Snazaroo Face Paint Palette for her plus one other. WHAT IS IN THE BOX: One palate containing 8 colors of face paint including black and white and a great range of colors in between. These are the large size face paints. WHAT I LIKE: My daughter has crazy sensitive skin! She gets hives if she erases pencil markings. However, she has NEVER had any kind of adverse reaction to these face paints. The paints are creamy and easy to blend. (My daughter did say the white paint was a bit dry.) The range of colors is just perfect for most costume looks. My daughter wanted these for costumes and theater performances. The palate is a convenient way to access a variety of colors at once. The listing states it is also reusable. WHAT I DON’T LIKE: My daughter thought the white paint was a bit dry. She loved the rest of them immensely. This is a great face paint set and I definitely recommend it!

Loved this paint set. Easy to put on with brushes and a wet sponge. I used a plastic dinner plate to mix colors with a bit of water. Large shallow pots of color. I didn’t tear the plastic covers off entirely so that I could press them back down when done. Used it for an evening event and it kept on well for several hours (1st pic of my amateur attempt at a lion), then again the next day for a day event. I went lighter on the day makeup but it was a hot day and it sweated off a lot (2nd pic is end of day so I’m looking like a hot mess). Keeping this set for next time. Highly recommend it. I did the inside elbow test for an hour and no issues. I also used some makeup pencils for finer lines that I wanted.

Really liked these face paints! I’d recommend setting the finished look with translucent powder. Pros: pretty big size, pigmented, easy to use, and they’re water based so not as messy compared to oil based paints. Easy to remove; I double cleanse so I used a making removing balm and then the face wash. Didn’t have any issues or difficulties. Con: the plastic container it came in was broken, kind of flimsy, but I wasn’t too disappointed because I easily removed the paint pots.

Everything about this stuff is incredible. We go all out for Halloween and have tried everything. This does not get crusty and crack, it isn’t greasy, and it washes off without leaving one bit of residue. The coverage is also incredible. It covered my skin and my bald cap perfectly. I painted my entire head and my whole arm and it lasted all day.

I have been using Snazaroo for about 2 years. I've bought this product 3 times and it served me well. It is great for beginners. I recommend it for anyone that is now exploring face and body painting. It's easy to use and lasts long. However, as I explored other brands, I found that Snazaroo is inferior. I STILL RECOMMEND IT for beginners tho since its affordable. The cons would be that it cracks when it dries, it sweats off a little too easily. And I guess the packaging isnt the most convenient as well. There is also the fact that you have limited designs. But for a beginner it shouldnt be an issue.

I bought this set because I volunteered to paint faces at the school picnic. I tried to practice a few designs on my own kids with an inexpensive set from the craft store and the paints were impossible to work with. They were chalky and crumbly and could not blend AT ALL. I looked around online and saw several recommendations for this brand. They are more expensive, but TOTALLY worth it! They go on just like high quality make-up. Smooth and very blendable. Great for large whole face designs and tiny little details, just by adding varying amounts of water. I have since done several events and have not even made a dent in the palette. It seems like it will last me forever. And it washes off easily. I would definitely buy this again, but I don't I'll ever have to :)

I took on children's activities for our local festival and liked the good reviews so I bought this set. I had done some face painting on request decades ago, and mixed up my own with someone's recipe using acrylic paint, dish liquid, and something else. They worked OK, but I was under the constant worry of a skin reaction, though that never happened. Plus, you have to be careful with acrylics because some of the colors come from extremely toxic heavy metals. I didn't have a single worry with these paints. Add a little water and they go on smooth and cover well, except I did have a little trouble at times with the white needing two coats in spots. They lasted the entire three days, though I didn't keep track of exactly how many faces came through. It was a lot. Many of those were full-face paintings, and I made the mistake of letting some of the little kids get into them and use them. They were extremely wasteful, and still the paints held out for the weekend. As others have said, they wash out easily with soap and water. One of the other reviewers said that the red stained and she looked like she had a sunburn. I've attached a photo of one of the kids showing what she might have been talking about. If you use plain water, the red *is* a bit stubborn, but add the soap and it comes right out. I assure you she looked normal the next day. I also like that you don't have the paint ruining your brushes if you don't clean them right away. Even after a couple of days, it all comes out with soap and water, leaving them like they're brand new. There is no doubt that I'll use these again next year, and except for the white (got a lot of calls for zombie and skeleton faces from the boys) there is probably enough left to go around another year. I'll add some metallic and glitter colors to go with it, and maybe a separate purple and lime green. The paints mix pretty well, but it gets to be a hassle. Overall, these are great paints for which I can find no legitimate complaint.

I was waiting for this palette to deliver to me for my daughter’s birthday.I was so worry but amazon team helped me and followed up with their delivery partner to ask for deliver it as soon as possible.I’m happy to be a prime member because it is helpful for me. I forgot to explain the face painting 😂🤦🏻‍♀️,anyway snazaroo is amazing and high quality,and kids love it.

I decided for Halloween this year to wear facepaints and go as a scary clown. I'd bought facepaints before but they were the cheap, useless ones so I said I'd pay extra for some good ones. It took me a little while to get used to the facepaints though. I kept using too much water so the facepaints were really watery and going all over my face. I ordered sponges with the paints but I ended up using my fingers because I thought it was easier that way. But once I got the hang of it they were really easy to use. And they come off super easy as well. Just a bit of water and soap and you're done. Way easier than makeup. Also, I've sensitive eyes and have to wear a certain brand of mascara/makeup (BareMinerals) but these facepaints never bothered me, and there was loads of paint around my eyes. Anyway, my sister was also using facepaints for halloween coz she was going as a zombie. She bought the cheap, useless ones in the poundshop though and only tried them for the first time the night we were going out for Halloween. They were absolutely useless so she ended up having to take hers off and using my paints instead. And she's vowed never to buy cheap facepaints again. So all in all, a great buy and Iots of fun. I can see myself using them for lots of occasions, not just Halloween.
