If you are sure your baby has digestive issues - specifically, difficulty passing gas - then this medicine (simethicone) will help. It will not help with anything else, though, and sure won't cure colic, which is neurological and not digestive. Shame on the manufacturers for even suggesting that.

I will always keep on hand when I am in the under 1 trenches. I always gift this for baby showers because I believe it works so well.

Used the entire bottle as instructed by doctor to prep for "gastrointestinal inspection". 🤭 The amount was slightly less than required. However, medical staff stated that the amount was sufficient-- no need to purchase 2 bottles.
