Sealed Air Jiffy TuffGard Extreme Self-Seal Mailer, #2, Barrier Bubble Air Cell Cushion, Self-Adhesive Closure, 8.5 x 12, White, 50/CT

I manufacture and ship professional pitching horseshoes which weigh about 6 pounds per pair. I needed to find a way to take advantage of the USPS Flat Rate Mailing Envelope shipping cost of $4.90 anywhere in the U.S. Unfortunately, the USPS envelope tears easily. Using the Jiffy TuffGard Extreme with 5/16" inner bubble and tough outer cover, solved the problem. I place each pair of horseshoes in the Jiffy mailer, seal it and insert it into the USPS envelope. I do need to add additional fiber tape on the USPS envelope. I have not had a single failure of the Jiffy mailer. I also use the Jiffy mailers in the USPS Medium Flat Rate Box. This shipping solution saves considerably on the shipping costs.

Used the Extreme Sealed Air Mailers because standard mailers do not offer enough protection. The shipping cost is the same to customers and helps to eliminate warranty issues due to damage in transit. Highly recommend this product. It seals very well almost waterproof.

The envelopes are high quality. Confident enough that i am using them to send gifts overseas.

I love this, it's super strong and sturdy. the glue is stay and that's it you can open it unless you cut them... great bubble bag to use.
