You have oily or combination or dry skin, it doesn't matter if you have skin sensitivity. I'm extremely oily acne prone and extremely sensitive so 99% products don't suit my skin. This one comes under that 1% category and I'm glad I found this one out sooner. It's cream based non foaming and you have to take 2 to 3 pumps of products for effectively cleaning your face and have to gently massage it into your face for about 1 to 2 mins especially if you have oily skin. This way this cleanser can remove the oil plugs also and it never broke me out infact it saved my skin. This is my 4th or 5th purchase I think so and I'm gonna use it forever. Everytime I buy 250ml bottle, it lasts me for about 2 months. And it cannot remove any waterproof sunscreen or waterproof makeup. It's a basic gentle cleanser. If you have dry skin then you gonna love it. Give it a try. It would be better if the brand produces the product in 500 lt bottles or even bigger sizes bcz this is my go-to product and I'm never gonna leave it for the rest of my life.

I received the Episoft CL 125 ml cleanser, but it appears to be significantly underfilled. The product level is much lower than expected for a new bottle. I have attached a photo showing the apparent fill level. I request a replacement or refund.
