Book is no longer useful
As of April 2019 the post office no longer uses the 473 exam, so buying this book is no longer viable. I wish I knew that before I bought this book.

I work for the postal service and this does not cover all major exams. It’s great if you’re just trying to be a carrier or clerk and that’s it.
