Works great on pre-painted stair treads
Easy to use, dries fairly quickly, wonderful product. I used it on pre-painted stairs. I saw no change in the paint color after applying.

It's absolutely anti-slip.
The product is extremely good. It's the fastest way to make any floor/ surface anti skid and at a very low cost. Be careful though if old folks are going to use, because old people tend not to lift their legs fully when walking. This may lead to 'tripping' because the leg may tend to 'lock' on the surface. Otherwise the product really makes the surface anti slip even when there is water on the surface. And if you like paint smell, it is aromatic! The applied surface may feel a bit sandy / grainy to the flat of your feet. It is not uncomfortable though. Overall an excellent product. Just be careful where you try it. Try a small portion outside your home first.

This is awesome
This stuff is awesome, I used it on my shower floor and it is no longer slippery cause I hated to use floor mats cause it causes mildew, so I’m VERY pleased with this spray. It took 3 coats to work.
