Comfortable and effective at brisk speeds over long distances
I purchased these for use in three different trail running walking shoes: ASICS GEL-TRABUCO MT GTX, Trabuco 14 and GEL-SONOMA 8. These insoles for perfectly in the MT GTX and Sonoma 8, but situate the heel too high in the Trabuco 14. Shoe geometry, not a failing of the insoles. Highly recommended, I've bought two pairs.

These took ages to arrive. It is a good pair of insoles though I think the sorbo double strike are comparable. Insoles are very subjective, different strokes for different folks really.
