Edwards is a very tough and closed off yet talented musician who seems to detest Chloe and continuously throw insults at her. For some reason, A.J.’s aggression towards Chloe begins to ignite a certain fire (or misfire?) between the two of them, and she becomes determined to find out what his problem is with her. Although she sometimes gets small glimpses of a softer side to A.J., he continues to shut her out and push her away. Will she ever solve the puzzles that lie within him, and is it possible for them to build any type of civil relationship together?Some of my favorite things in Geissinger’s books are her unique and creative story lines and her character depth...Chloe had so much more determination and strong belief in A.J., and she was surprisingly undeterred in what others thought about her relationship with. him. He had such heart, tenderness, and passion in his soul, and it was very touching how he expressed it to Chloe in many unique ways through his words, the art of origami, and of course his music. It was so sad that deep within A.J. lay such an inner turmoil of self-loathing and hatred for himself stemming from his haunting past and resulted in his feelings of not deserving any happiness.Their story was so poetically written as it transformed from his troubled past and pain to the possibility of finding hope and having something beautiful. There was such an uncertainty in whether their love for each other could ever come to fruition and if A.J. would be able to get over the fears of his past and be able to take a chance on Chloe. It was absolutely impossible not to feel and be all encompassed with them in their struggle - it was so heart breaking!Honestly, I was completely unprepared for the unexpected relationship between Chloe and A.J. Geissinger completely drew me in and kept me turning page after page with suspense and yearning for the answers. Just when I thought I was getting them, I was completely thrown off course with yet another unexpected turn. ‘Make Me Sin’ had me on pins and needles throughout, and I must say that it definitely touched my heart. I am so looking forward to her next book in this series not only to see if there will be a HEA for Chloe and A.J. but also what lies ahead for Grace and Brody!Absolutely a 5-Star read for ‘Make Me Sin’, and I definitely recommended reading the Bad Habit Series!***ARC kindly provided via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review***

I don't usually give romance novels 5 stars, but this one should get even more. It is so much more than a romance novel. The poor, broken, formerly abused orphan boy and the California princess ( although, to be fair, she is really pretty independent) somehow manage to clear out the clutter of their lives and really see each other. Not only is this a really great story, it is told flawlessly. There are lots of laughs and way too many tears, but it is still full of hope and sunshine. Thank you J. T. Geissinger for another great read.

The characters in this series are so interesting, the dialogue so well constructed and the storyline so well paced and plotted, I could not put this down!! Geissinger is a genius, all her books are terrific and I’ve read at least 15. She consistently creates marvelous stories with memorable characters I highly recommend this steamy, big hearted and very sweet love story!!

This seriously needs to be a movie or even like a little series!!! I loved it so much. So much a good story and it held my attention all the way till the end. Def a new favorite author for me! A couple spicy scenes, a lot of romance & a few secrets. Love love love

I'll admit, I read the first book in this series quite a while ago so it took me a bit to get back into this world again. The Bad Habit series is focused around the members of a famous rock band and the prospective love interests.Make Me Sin follows drummer A.J. and florist Chloe as they fight their attraction and eventually find their way to eachother. What starts as an enemies to lovers storyline transitions to a dark past and bleak future for these two. In typical JT Geissinger fashion, there are plenty of twists and turns along the way.One of the reasons I love a rock star romance is there's usually lots of good music mixed in, that wasn't so much the case with this one outside of A.J.'s synesthesia. There really was very little focused on the band at all. This story took quite a while to build up momentum and I'll be honest, it felt pretty predictable for a Geissinger book. I did end up enjoying the story and the angsty bits, just not quite what I was expecting after the first book.

I just love J T's books. This is the second in the series and I just cannot put them down. Chloe and AJ. He broke my heart. She is so sweet. I am so happy with the ending. I read the books in this series one after the other and escape from everyday toil, immersing myself in the world created by J T Geissinger. I have already downloaded the 3rd. Looking forward to Grace and Brody's story.

A good storyline with strong characters and an interesting setting. Not the usual HEA which is refreshing.The quote in alleged Russian is actually Croatian, so a better check on foreign language might be worthwhile.

MARAVILHOSO! É tragédia o livro todo rsrsrsO livro é realmente ótimo, mas tem algumas coisas que me fez ficar realmente frustrada: no primeiro livro, na qual a autora/editora nem se deu o trabalho de pesquisar como se escreve São Paulo e deu um nome espanhol para um personagem brasileiro. O segundo foi neste livro na qual fala que a personagem é vegetariana, mas toma “chicken soup”, poxa ninguém avisou que frango é animal e sente dor mesmo jeito que os humanos?! Achei hipocrisia essa parte, realmente se fosse pra personagem poder comer qualquer coisa, pelo menos omitia a parte do vegetarianismo.

L'histoire est super bien ecrite. Les personnages sont captivants. Merci pour le plaisir de lire l'histoire de AJ et Chloe.

It's so bloody different. I understand A.J's reluctance but if he had died I would have stopped reading her books
