Absolutely fantastic set. Comes with wrist/ankle straps as well as hand grips and a little door stopper thing that you hook over your door so that you don't have to be stepping on one end of them to use them.The yellow one is the 'lightest' and the red is the 'heaviest' and I love that it comes with some workout ideas. Much more portable that an actual set of weights and the different straps mean you can use them in lots of different ways

Brilliant resistance bands. Great for working out at home and really versatile. Much better than traditional exercise bands. Pack away really easily too. And for he price they are a real bargain.

Bought these for warm up exercises in the home gym before using heavier weights.Not fit for purpose because every time I use them the handle pops off the band with a loud twang!!Worth mentioning that this is with the heaviest band as well, the lightest bands would be even worse.Stick to the proper bands rather than these ones with handles is my advice, don't waste your money!

These are very easy to use for a wide variety of exercises. They provide very light to very heavy resistance, especially when used together. Money well spent.
