Excellent product
Very much happy with the product.. its easy to use and it feels good to eat hot food at workplace!!

It wasn't getting heated. And then after checking the bottom had melted.
The media could not be loaded. It was not heating. It took 30 mins and then some outsides was feeling hot. While touching the box, got to know that the bottom got melted and my fingers got burnt as well.

Inner side is not of steel
As per the picture that shows a steel inner but it's a normal plastic one. Disappointed.
