Work great in my stovetop smoker with a little modification.
These chips are too big to use in my Cameron stovetop smoker. Not a problem. I just throw them into my old blade type coffee grinder and grind them to the texture that I need. WAY cheaper than the Cameron's brand. They have a great smell and flavor. This will be my go-to in the future.

Great tasting cheese!
Ordered these for a cold smoke that ai was doing on a large batch of cheese. Worked great. It was dry and had an even burn.
