these keep me going and are worth the price. i've tried other multivitamins and will happily stick with this. i do not split the doses but rather just take two at once. would probably be even better if taken as directed, several hours apart. but i don't remember and just found it's better to do it this way.

Great methylated multivitamin/mineral. Love that it has the best form of vitamin e, unlike most multivitamins.

I take one a day instead of two, but I feel like I feel a difference in the texture of my skin. Also had blood work done and all of my levels went up (in a good way).

I take it twice a day as prescribed and have no ill effects. My doctor advised me to take this instead of the Centrum Silver for Women.

It’s a lot of pills to take daily, but the quality is worth it. Pricey, but again, worth it. These are great vitamins. No taste, easy to swallow. Good packaging.

Good multivitamin, the only one I can source that has vitamin e Tocotrienol , unfortunately for some reason has been unavailable, would like to reorder

I LIKE THE PRODUCT BUT BECAUSE IT ARRIVED WITH BROKEN GLASS BOTTLE MIXED WITH CAPSULES IN THE ENVELOPE I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE THING OUT. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET A REFUND. IT SEEMS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT AMAZON TO RESOLVE THIS SORT OF THING. I tried to attach a picture but was unable to.
