Just the job
Good quality, very early onset arthritis and these are the perfect for helping me with my hand exercises.

Great for RSI relief, but could be more durable
I got these to help with my RSI, and theyโve genuinely made a difference. Theyโre simple enough to use, have the right amount of resistance, and are small enough to keep at my desk. Theyโve helped reduce tension and pain in my hands and wrists quite a bit. My only issue is that they seem to get a bit sticky after a while, which makes them feel less comfortable to hold. It would be great if they held up better over time. Overall, though, they do what theyโre supposed to do.

Too small
These work as expected, but are quite small. My little finger and the one next to it were hurt and needed strengthening, but they donโt get work out with the ball in the palm of my hand. Had to hold ball awkwardly. This product would be better by being 30% larger.
