So far so good. I am a caregiver for my father who is 80 years old. I was able to use Comand Strips and put them wherever he spends most of his time and a lanyard around his neck when he isn't in those places. The two base units are helpful too! One I keep with me and one plug-in in my garage. Works great and fairly easy to put together. Instructions are not great but I was able to figure things out.

This is a great and reliable system. Have used now for about 5 months. Have one attached to a FWW and the other attached to the wall near the bedroom floor in case of a fall. The receiver is plugged into our kitchen with the portable receiver attached to me. Works great and a good price.

I originally bought the system (same company) that needed to be charged and could be taken outdoors. My issue with that one was that my father would use the call button, but I didn't hear it because the battery needed charging. It was difficult to know when to charge the receiver. So I opted for this one that had a receiver always plugged in and one that was portable. It made a big difference, especially as my father needed more assistance. He didn't use it a lot in the beginning, but that changed as he became more immobile. I was able to hear the bell sounds loud and clear from upstairs or at the other end of the house, so the range is good. I didn't get to test it outsde but I would expect it to be as good as the system it replaced. The one thing I did not like were the choices of sounds for the receiver. Another plus was that it made my father feel safe while I was elsewhere in the house.

So Simple and effective. Just like advertised. No problems after a year of use. Easy setup and peace of mind. Fresh new batteries (name brand) will last a long long time. I like how the setup can be adjusted to be loud and clear with different ringtones. The Range of the base unit i have not had any issues as well.

This thing is great. Make sure you get the one with the extra push buttons it’s not that much more. I got the one with three buttons, one pager type receiver that clips on your belt and also the AC receiver that plugs into the wall. I can’t tell you enough how good the system is my mother is in a cottage on my property couple hundred feet away but it works the entire 400 foot length of my property it works every time you can change the sounds to more pleasant sound so it’s not startling. I put the AC unit in my living room, and when I go to bed, I put the pager on my windowsill in my bedroom. It’s made a huge difference in me getting my sleep and not worrying about her and she also has the buttons conveniently stuck on her refrigerator door or kitchen down low by her shower and she also wears one around her neck on the lanyard.. she’s only been able to accidentally push it twice which is a pretty good track record for about three months. The batteries don’t seem to discharge very fast they’re still running on the same set of batteries. I would give it more than five stars if I could, and I would buy it again just think about where you want to stick the buttons in addition to having your loved one and wear one on the lanyard. One thing to note is when they wear them on the lanyard there’s a little wall mount that snaps off of the pushbutton assembly that you take off if they’re wearing it on the lanyard. By this, it’s great!

great way to give independence or a close facsimile of it to a senior. Loud enough to hear in the shower. Enough range to get the mail or work in the shop while still leaving me feeling good about mom.

I have been using the CalltoU system in my home for about 3 years. The biggest issue I have had was battery replacement with the portable receiver. I am caretaker for my wife who is non-ambulatory after a brain tumor surgery. This system is wonderful. It gives me greater flexibility as I move about the home or do outdoor chores. More important, it gives her independence and helps protect her dignity. The system is highly dependable, relatively inexpensive and easily expandable. I recently added transmitters and receivers to my 3 year old system. The new and old equipment were easy to merge as if all components were purchased at the same time. Great company and great product. Customer service is caring and efficient.
