This thing is great. Make sure you get the one with the extra push buttons it’s not that much more. I got the one with three buttons, one pager type receiver that clips on your belt and also the AC receiver that plugs into the wall. I can’t tell you enough how good the system is my mother is in a cottage on my property couple hundred feet away but it works the entire 400 foot length of my property it works every time you can change the sounds to more pleasant sound so it’s not startling. I put the AC unit in my living room, and when I go to bed, I put the pager on my windowsill in my bedroom. It’s made a huge difference in me getting my sleep and not worrying about her and she also has the buttons conveniently stuck on her refrigerator door or kitchen down low by her shower and she also wears one around her neck on the lanyard.. she’s only been able to accidentally push it twice which is a pretty good track record for about three months. The batteries don’t seem to discharge very fast they’re still running on the same set of batteries. I would give it more than five stars if I could, and I would buy it again just think about where you want to stick the buttons in addition to having your loved one and wear one on the lanyard. One thing to note is when they wear them on the lanyard there’s a little wall mount that snaps off of the pushbutton assembly that you take off if they’re wearing it on the lanyard. By this, it’s great!

These are great, and loud! My husband had major surgery and needed my assistance for just about everything. This allowed me to "leave his side" knowing that if he needed me, like to get out of bed or walk somewhere, he just had to push the button. I plugged one receive in my office, and the other I carried with me when I went outside. We put the caller buttons by the bed and by his recliner. I could be outside in my potting shed (probably 100 feet away from where he was) and it still worked. I love the fact that you get two call buttons, and one plug in receiver as well as one with a clip that you can carry around with you! This save a lot of "calling out" or taking chances because I didn't hear him!

As previously mentioned the directions are not that great, but can be figured out. I was able to sinc quite easily. We have three call buttons and three receivers. They work well and are pretty loud. They do have volume control. So far we are happy and it meets our needs. Haven’t had it long enough to use it, but we have tested it. Also we haven’t had to change batteries yet. I Would recommend! I never give 5 stars.

Bought this for spouse who had a stroke. She carries one button on neck strap and the other two are stuck on the bathroom vanity and a nightstand. Having a portable unit and plug in unit works very well. The spouse can get my attention inside & outside the house. We use it every day.

This is the perfect solution for my mom and me. She’s downstairs and I’m upstairs and she can’t use her phone very well anymore. Now she just pushes a button and I get an alert to come help her. I put the plug-in alert by my bed, one call button in her night table and the other one in her bathroom. The pager I put in my bathroom so I can always hear her call even with my bathroom door shut. If she wants to sit outside and I’m busy, I’ll put her call button around her neck. This has been a great help for us and huge relief. Very easy to use, no wifi, just plug in and done. Excellent product.

So Simple and effective. Just like advertised. No problems after a year of use. Easy setup and peace of mind. Fresh new batteries (name brand) will last a long long time. I like how the setup can be adjusted to be loud and clear with different ringtones. The Range of the base unit i have not had any issues as well.

This is a great and reliable system. Have used now for about 5 months. Have one attached to a FWW and the other attached to the wall near the bedroom floor in case of a fall. The receiver is plugged into our kitchen with the portable receiver attached to me. Works great and a good price.
