USHAKE Water Bottle Cages, Basic MTB Bike Bicycle Alloy Aluminum Lightweight Water Bottle Holder Cages Brackets(2 Pack- Drilled Holes Required)

After having a water bottle bounce out of its cage a couple of times on a ride, I needed to replace the plastic cages which did not hold the bottle well enough. These cages keep a good grip on the water bottle. It is a snug fit to slide a bottle into the cage. For extra security, you could also bend the inside bracket in a little which should be just about where the hand grip is on a standard water bottle. The cages are made of good quality and my weld joints appear to be good.These cages come with the proper metric sized screws to fit the cage braze-ons on my bike frame. The package also includes a hex wrench to tighten the nuts. The cage brackets have slots to accommodate various spacing between the braze-ons. They fit with no problem on both the seat tube and down tube.

Great quality, lightweight, and surprisingly flexible. Fits my bottle perfectly and works great on my bike!

These are nicely welded of sturdy aluminum. A great value for a 2-pack. Don't need a 2-pack? Get it anyway and keep one as a spare or to give to a friend. A person can never have too many bottle holders.Tip: Look for a burr where the ends of the wire meet. This could seriously scratch a water bottle. I took care of this issue with a small file (This is why I like silver accessories.) A nail file, emery board or similar tool would probably work as well. Removed a star for the burr, but that's easy to make smooth. Would definitely buy again.

This cage grips my 22 oz CamelBak Podium stainless steel bottle very securely with no rattling, even on bumpy dirt roads. Should hold plastic bottles equally well. Cage is durable and it's hard to beat the price. I knew up front that the cage would leave some minor markings on the bottle, but that's inevitable with metal on metal, so no surprise there. I highly recommend, especially for the price.

OK..Ushake makes it very clear that you MUST have mounting holes on your biketo be able to use these. And if you already have mounting holes on your bikeyou should absolutely use them. But if you don't and you don't want to drillholes into your bike's frame, I'm here to tell you that YES you can use zipties and/or hose clamps, if you do it right.Understand that the company doesn't want people trying an alternativemounting method, and if it's not done correctly, go and write a bad review ofthe product saying it doesn't work and it's a piece of garbage.I watched a few videos of the zip tie/hose clamp method and decided to giveit a try. I knew the risk that it might not work when I bought them. But I'mhappy to report that it works SUPERBLY! Now, I'm not using these on amountain bike for off-roading and rough trails; They're mounted on a vintageroad bike, used for local travel on paved roads and for bike touring in thefuture. However I'm riding in the suburbs where the roads and sidewalks areVERY bumpy (Seriously...I don't know where our tax dollars are going but it'snot for local infrastructure). I have to re-tighten the screws on my rack allthe time, but these water bottle cages don't budge a millimeter.I used hose clamps (no zip ties), 1-inch Gorilla tape on the frame (for thehose clamps to grip on and protect the frame) and a small piece of double-sided Gorilla tape (weatherproof) on the back of the cage.As for the quality of the cages, they are very good. If my bottle starts tofeel a little loose in there, I just gently push it in a bit and it's snugagain. The metal is very sturdy. It even fits my Bubba coffee thermos, so Ican carry water AND my nectar of the gods!I would absolutely buy these again for another bike - Very happy with mypurchase :)

This fits perfect on my electric bike. It is easy to install. Just screws in. It holds water bottles and my water can. I highly recommend.

I use this to hold a 17oz. metal water bottle (insulated, thermos-style) while biking around city streets & light gravel trails. Here are my pros & cons:Pros:1) Aluminum, very light, obviously feels solid2) My bottle never fell out while biking2) Includes mounting screws & tool3) Once mounted properly, the screws have stayed in place despite constant vibrations from the roadCons:1) Having no insulation of any kind, it constantly rattles with my metal water bottle as I bike along normal road surface imperfections.2) It’s aluminum, but doesn’t feel flexible. It feels like it’ll snap if you try to bend it slightly to hold a slimmer water bottle.3) It can’t hold a regular 16oz. plastic water bottle (the kind you buy in cases at the grocery). The bottle will slip out through the large front gap between the base & the holding arm above.Based on these, I’m giving it a fair rating of 3 stars. It does the job of holding my bottle, but the metal-on-metal rattling is what eventually made me remove it. I have since replaced it with a plastic holder.

These are great. Nice and sturdy. It holds the water bottle in place, even over rough terrain.

These are perfect for holding a wide diameter bottle. If you have a thinner bottle, you might have problems with it falling out, but these aren't meant to hold something like that. A standard, plastic water bottle is perfect for these. Went on many bumpy rides and it held my bottle perfectly. Great value!
