Caps stay on, no leaking. I have to pre-load my son’s meds for every med every dose. I bought these and the colored lids to differentiate the medications. It has worked well, no leaking meds.

Poorly manufactured - plungers are too small.
These are unusable, the plungers do not fit properly. One of my family members needs medication put in a g-tube these syringes are useless. The plunger is too small and slides in/out making it impossible to draw med.
