Very good, I am very satisfied, I gave this phone to my younger brother and bought a more advanced Samsung phone.

I am using this since 2021 and never faced any issue.

Very bad experience. For an international version new phone, I got a refurbished one. It was showing warranty but after the phone got completely damaged in display. I didn't get warranty or nothing.

Its a good value for money and still fast till this date battery is good as well... weight is a bit heavy... canera is good as well.

Not more than 2 month passed and the mobile already have a problem.Screen flickering during chargings,and now it wont charge anymore! I don t advice anybody to buy from here any phones!Something is fishy since the beginning.The cover foil wasn t there,the box closing sticker wasn t convincing..

Hi , I had purchased this device last month However there is some issue with camera It has black shadow on the right side When I flip it and move the device it becomes ok Plus there is some dust inside the camera itself Also when the camera is opened at 3 times zoom It's blurred . But when zoomed further It's okay Please help with this

Samsung phones never work above 1 year. I have used Samsung S9plus, S10plus and using S21Ultra since last 8 months, had to giveup all the phones for "Moisture detected" issue. I even got them repaired but they dont work and water resistance goes for a toss once the phone is opened.

TL;DR - hardware amazing, software you'll like it or you won't, battery life is inconsistent, let's talk "cinema quality" from the ads Inconsistent battery life /charging speeds - when I first got this, we're talking 19 hours of me using it. That was impressive. Screen on time in the 6+ hour range, I could kill it if I tried but I'm a psycho power user. Somewhere around month 2 that dropped to finding myself needing to charge after I got home from work, where I wasn't using it. Your battery life is screen on time, power used to do WiFi or Cell transmission and how much of that you're actually doing, whether you're actually doing anything. Battery should have been nearly full. Cut to this past week, right back to all day power, with standard usage. Nothing tends to show in the battery usage summary, due to my rather unexciting life I'm usually in the same two places so it's not like I'm dealing with a lot of variables here. Something's up with their power management and here's the other thing I didn't mention - my wife has the same phone. The same issues popped up on hers and we don't really share software in common other than the basic Samsung and Google sets that come preinstalled. Probably firmware as no battery usage for apps seemed untoward. Next, this "cinema quality" 8K advertising nonsense. Nah, this is quite a few more pixels than that. 8K is surprisingly not a good experience. You'll be shooting it and it's jerky to watch on screen while shooting, and the end results are - they're good, but looking closely it's just better than 4K, not a whole lot clearer, not a whole lot of effective pixel addition. The codec seems to be set at "awww, they're never going to notice that" as opposed to "save all the image datas!" Absolutely great phone, second Android phone I've had that I've had no desire to root it. I will point out the one complaint I have here is Samsung support is completely useless - something's wrong with my wife's account and they refuse to read a ticket I put in about it - they see that I have an account, skip over all the words I wasted time writing that explained in complete detail what is wrong, and copy and paste how to log into my account. No Samsung, for some reason her account doesn't work, her birthday claims it's incorrect so you refuse to send a password reset link or text message... this is the problem, not that me, the husband, has an account and can't log in....

Sin duda el mejor Mobile de 2021, la mejor pantalla, la cámara está en el top 3 y si descargas la Gcam ya la conviertes en la mejor cámara del año sin ofender al Pixel y al iPhone (las fotos que tomas con el iPhone 13 Pro son prácticamente las mismas que toambas con el iPhone 11 Pro), el zoom de este móvil destroza al iPhone y a cualquier Pixel, además la ergonomía también es mejor que los anteriormente mencionados; lo único en que si es mejor un iPhone es en la batería, pero no significa que sea una mala batería la del S21 Ultra. La mejor compra que puedes hacer pero cuida que sea la versión Snapdragon, sino no puedes descargar la Gcam.

I came from the s8, only upgraded as it was dying. I decided to go for the best as I had just started working and wanted to treat myself, and boy is it a treat. Everything about the phone is perfect for me. I love the size, the 120hz refresh rate, the screen and its colour and brightness, the cameras are amazing, it's performance is insane, the speakers are great, the battery life is perfect and lasts easily with alot of use all day. Pretty much everything about this phone is perfect for me, I love it and couldn't recommend it more. I can't wait to see what Samsung do with the s22 and onward as other companies like apple and xioami are very good competition. I love the current phone market, and I think its only gonna get better.
