No, it'll be too stiff. I used it to line a homemade cotton curtain, it didn't turn out like I wanted.

It would probably work. I've used similar interfacing on mattress pads with good success is probably use one inside the cover and a second on the outside. Good luck!

Yes I used it to do Jerseys make sure that a press cloth is used between iron and fabric

I would recommend using Pelon Wonder Under which will make a much more flat iron-on product. This product is a bit thicker.
