Hello, what size are the pellets? Large, medium, or small?

I believe they make all three sizes; nevertheless, if not specified, small is most likely what you will get. All sizes of Koi can and will eat the small size, but very young Koi cannot well handle the large ones.

does this food go bad after time?

If food is kept too long it could get buggy. It still won't hurt the fish since they eat bugs but it would become unpleasant.

Holmes farms in barto pa. I read it off the label. So far it seems like its good quality and the fish like it.
