Finished the whole course and felt about the same
I finished the whole course and don't feel noticeably better. I work out too so maybe it does help but I'm attributing any positive health effect to my exercise regime?

Cosmin DS for Joint pain
This product really works for me. My knee was giving me a lot of pain when gardening, climbing stairs and activities that put pressure on the knee. After taking Cosamin DS for 3 X day for 3 days was able to reduce # of capsuls per day. I would certainly recommend it.

Great Product!
Glad we are able to purchase this product from Amazon. Used to get it at Costco, but they are always out of stock!

Easiest to swallow
I had been buying this brand for years at Costco. Not sure why my local store stored caring it. The capsules are much easier to swallow than the horse pills that Costco sells under their Kirkland brand name which was a big deal for me. While they still sell it on their online store, I found that i could get this here at a virtually identical price to costco.
