Cole Haan Men's Hamlin Traveler Penny Loafer

I decided to switch from uncomfortable shoes that have hard soles to these instead. They look nice and I’ve gotten a few compliments on them. Although, I do fish for compliments on a daily basis... Good quality shoes. Would recommend for sure.

These shoes felt good but ran 1/2 larger (longer) than what I normally wear in Cole Haan -- though this is not rare as I find Cole Haan sizing to be inconsistent even within the same line, i.e., OriginalGrand, ZeroGrand, etc. Always seems to be "hit or miss." The width of the shoe felt normal to me. Another oddity I experienced with these shoes was that the left side had an annoying squeak. Maybe this would wear off, I can't say, but I've never had a brand new shoe squeak before.

My shoe size is 8.5, I ordered 8.5 wide but when I tried it on, my feet could barely fit even with a thin socks on. I just got it and tried it on today and I will have to return the item. The shoes look very nice though.

Well made. Flexible. Quality materials. Soft interior lining surrounds your foot. Stabilizes your step. Excellent for long walks. Wouldn't think of traveling without them.

The color shown in the picture is quite different from the actual color of the shoes. I prefer the one shown in the picture which is darker tan.
