Very tasty and a great product.. but the sodium levels are dangerously high

These have about half the fat as fried potato chips, but they have 2 or 3 times the amount of fat that a lot of jowar puffs and ragi puffs have. So it depends on what you compare it to. But when comparing to similar products, it is much more unhealthy. Plus it has chemical additives and preservatives. So it is far from healthy! As for the taste, it is not good. It tastes like chemicals and smells like chemicals. I tried the Spicy Cajun. It isn't Cajun taste at all for anyone familiar with Cajun food, and it isn't spicy either. Since it doesn't list the spices used, it is not clear what all has been added to it. Even though the ingredients listed are gluten free, the "spices and condiments" may contain gluten. For those with gluten sensitivity, please be careful! For me, I bloated up and had gastric issues for several days after eating these! I would be very wary if you have allergies, gluten sensitivity, or a sensitive stomach. There are better tasting and more healthy options out there. Overall it tastes gross and gave me stomach problems!

Healthy as well as tasty
I was looking for a healthy snacks for a long time. Finally found this healthy option. This is a good snacks to have with the evening cup of tea. As it is a healthy snacks, we can have it without cheating our healthy regime. It is baked so more healthier, kids also love the taste! It will be part of my regular snacks as well as I will serve it to my guests.

Received product from manufacturing of 3 months before and so they were probably stale. Even the taste was so bad. I initially ordered the assorted pack of 6 different flavours one of which was this one and it tasted good at that time.
