how big is it? like can it fit in any hand size?

I don’t know about any size hand but I’m an adult and it fits mine just great. Essentially your thumb and fingers work the mouth only. Have had great fun with it playing with the grandkids.

Is it machine washable?

Hi Katie! Please surface-clean Chef Al Dente with a damp cloth. Buon appetito!

Does it come with the arm rod?.

Yes... The Chef Puppet does come with the arm rod.
